Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-volume periods such as launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days


Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.
Oaks Collective is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Oaks Collective is not liable for parcels lost or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
