RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Oaks Collective Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains your rights and what to expect if there’s an issue with your order.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item has a major fault, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
If the fault is not major, you may be entitled to a replacement or store credit within a reasonable time.

Where this policy differs from the Australian Consumer Law, the law will always apply.


CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if you have ordered the incorrect size, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to stock availability.
Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached


SALE ITEMS

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@oakscollectiveapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in the condition it was received, including original packaging where possible.
Once assessed, we will provide a replacement or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Hats


SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to us.

  • For approved size exchanges, Oaks Collective Apparel will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

  • If a return is due to a fault covered under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover reasonable shipping costs as required by law.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@oakscollectiveapparel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue or exchange request

Returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.


SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Oaks Collective Apparel is not responsible for missing parcels where the customer has authorised the courier to leave the parcel without a signature.
If you did not authorise this and your parcel is missing, please contact us immediately.
